In the Land of the Milkweed again
I went out to capture some fall color and wound up in this intriguing field of milkweed. The shapes and bursting pods captivated me. I began exposing normally in bright light but as I stopped down [underexposed], the rim-lit pods really grabbed me and I began to see creatures from other worlds. I started to use my tripod but I found it limited my movement. I could maneuver better hand-held to get the background I wanted. What do YOU see?
